The Pickaway Progress Partnership, The Pickaway County Chamber of Commerce and  The Pickaway County Jobs One Stop partnered with JK Evans & Associates LLC to conduct a wage and benefit survey of the Pickaway County area. The survey gathered current data on the wage and benefit practices of organizations within Pickaway County and can serve as a tool for employers to use in structuring their wage and benefit programs to be competitive within the labor market.   Additionally, employers considering Pickaway County as a location for their business can use the survey data to aid in their decision-making.
