Wage & Benefit Survey 2010
This wage and benefit survey is being conducted by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce and the Muskingum Growth Partnership. We thank you for your participation, and will provide you with free on-line access to the survey results to help your organization evaluate its wages against other wages in Zanesville and Muskingum County. JK Evans & Associates, LLC is compiling the survey results. Your identity will be held in strict confidence.
Instructions: The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The questionnaire is divided into the following three sections:
At the end of each section you must click the submit button. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation page that includes the link to the next section. Simply follow the link and complete the next section. Continue this process until you have completed all three sections and receive the final confirmation page. You must complete all three sections of the survey in order to be provided access to the survey results.
Once you begin the survey you must complete it in its entirety as you cannot save your responses and return to them at a later time.
