This wage and benefit survey is being coordinated by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce. The survey is sponsored by the Muskingum Growth Partnership, the Zanesville-Muskingum Port Authority and the Muskingum Valley Human Resource Management Association. The survey will gather current data on the wage and benefit practices of organizations within Zanesville-Muskingum County and will serve as a tool for Chamber members to use in structuring their wage and benefit programs to be competitive within the labor market. Additionally, employers considering Zanesville-Muskingum County as a location for their business can use the survey data to aid in their decision-making. We thank you for your participation, and will provide you with free on-line access to the survey results to help your organization evaluate its wages against other wages in the area. JK Evans & Associates, LLC is compiling the survey results. Your identity will be held in strict confidence.
Participation To ensure confidentiality, names of survey participants and their respective organizations will not be published in the final report. In exchange for participation in the survey, participants will have free online access to the completed survey. The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
